ARAMARK Uniform Service is looking for a QA automation expert with a passion for quality, a solid technical foundation and excellent organizational skills to design an automation framework for use across multiple applications. If you are a self-starter who understands the value that automation can bring to an organization, the people, processes and tools required, and a passion for innovation, then we want you at AUS.

This role works closely with technical managers, product owners, quality engineers, devops engineers, and developers to determine customer need and deliver value.


  • Build and maintain Software Test Automation Frameworks including driving processes and improving and simplifying current quality assurance processes
  • Design and automate test cases to validate large-scale, complex software systems, including white and black box tests, SOAP and REST web services, and develop supporting test tools
  • Create automated software tools to perform and build verification and regression tests
  • Participate/contribute in the product development lifecycle, including: Design review C, C#, Java, and JavaScript code review
  • Unit test review
  • Conduct regular automated regression tests
  • Write and maintain test automation scripts for web applications using UFT, Selenium, Jenkins, Chef, or other modern tools
  • Use SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (such as DynamoDB, MongoDB) to setup data
  • Develop and maintain testing standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent testing procedures across SCRUM teams
  • Create day to day work tasks for self and small team
  • Onboard and train team members
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage distributed teams, including outside vendors or offshore testing partners
  • Follow standards in accordance with company policy and regulation



  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a field of study related to Software Product Quality
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software test automation in a continuous integration and continuous deployment environment - framework creation, script creation from manual test cases, automation script maintenance
  • Deep understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword-driven, Data-driven, BDD, hybrid)
  • 2+ years of professional experience with ALM/HPQC as admin. Setting up user, projects, requirements and creating custom reports.
  • Developing test automation infrastructure/testing frameworks
  • Test Automation Approach including tool selection, framework structures.
  • Hands on experience in test automation using Selenium, Protractor, Cucumber, TestNg, Maven.
  • Hands on experience in automating Microservices, API using RestAssure or DevTest or HTTP utilities.
  • Good understanding of Service Virtualization and test data management tools.
  • Hands on scripting experience using coding languages like Java, JS, Python.
  • Good understanding of HTML, REST and SOAP protocols.
  • Has worked extensively on HTML tags, CSS, JSON format
  • Experience in working in Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Hands on experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, Swagger.

  • Experience with ALM/HPQC as system admin
  • Experience with system integration testing across product lines
  • Experience with defect management and resolution
  • Experience with test case and defect management tools (e.g. Jama, Jira)
