The role of the Business Development Manager is to contact, speak to, gather and analyze prospect and client information to enable further growth within Aramark’s Global offshore division.

The successful candidate will also work alongside our local teams based in Aberdeen, Esbjerg, Stavanger and Abu Dhabi in all elements of business generation and CRM strategy. Build and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database - Salesforce ensuring all targeted accounts are contacted regularly and updates and actions are recorded on the system.

This is a REMOTE based role with a physical office in Houston, TX.

  • Manage the sales activity (New & Retention) for Aramark primarily across the US Gulf of Mexico but also support in new-regions, e.g. wider Americas, Mexico & Caribbean.
  • Targeting, liaising, completing proposals, presenting and closing out commercial and contractual documents. Further support to the operations team during mobilization and transition where required.
  • Develop content for pre-qualification and tender responses which are bespoke to Aramark. Working closely with Aramark’s bid team.
  • Proof-reading/quality-checking final documents to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Working closely with the wider US GOM team including District Manager and General Manager to ensure that client expectations are met throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure that there is a momentum to the sales activity – Pipeline Management.
  • Generating and providing regular and ad-hoc reports to the management team both globally and locally.
  • Supporting Aramark’s Safety team with external profiles, E.g. ISNetworld and other industry bodies. Attendance at global/local trade shows is anticipated.
  • Maintaining Aramark’s global offshore and remote client list, creating bespoke case studies, and reference information specific to USGOM.
  • Tracking of client and prospect activity through press, media, web and other publications both foreign and domestic.
  • Establish and maintain a competitor activity database – through their web sites, press announcements and industry media.
