Position Description:

This exciting and creative role focuses on implementing a modern, exciting retail food brand in workplace, higher education and healthcare cafes within a regional geography. You’ll work with multiple business functions in a hands-on role, to create retail destinations that drive customer engagement and loyalty through executional excellence. This role is best suited to those who enjoy great food experiences and destinations, with a passion for how food and beverage retail solutions are operationalized and how employees deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as brand steward and ambassador through the operational deployment, staff training and in adherence to brand standards
  • Implements brand packages and innovation opportunities into new and existing Aramark locations across multiple business units
  • Supports new location openings and rollout of new brand programs, assuring optimal economic deployment (standard operating procedures) of retail packages within client sites
  • Coaches and trains site level managers and front line associates on retail operations and brand elements ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Identifies and surfaces brand accountability and operational support needs, including but not limited to tailoring client specific needs or economic variables to meet brand standards
  • Review Plan and Monitor brand training certification and address gaps in certification
  • Reviews on-site level brand, operating and performance standards; review compliance scores and address underperformance. Escalation of performance KPIs as needed
  • Influences without formal authority, and can present to a wide range of internal and external audiences
  • Presents information with a natural passion, as a retail food and beverage expert
  • Track and present the business growth generated through your role
  • Assists Business Development process by providing exciting brand materials
  • Applying modern food presentation approaches to a wide variety of locations with varying footprints

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years retail / customer service management experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Passion for branded retail food operations
  • Strong business and analytical competencies
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels and disciplines across the organization
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • ServeSafe certification
  • Travel 60-80 percent of time
