The Sports and Entertainment division within Aramark Corporation serves more than 200 premier stadiums, arenas, convention centers and concert venues. We are currently seeking aTraining Manager for the Aramark operation at Broncos Stadium at Mile High.

General Functions: Responsible for developing and facilitating training for Associates and Non-Profit Volunteers at Broncos Stadium at Mile High. Specific programs to include, but not limited to: Venue Overview, customer service, new hire orientation, onboarding, TEAM training, Stand Operations, Coaching for Performance, and Leadership training.

The position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Essential Functions:

1) TrainingPlanning, Facilitation and Management

  • Create training standards for Broncos Stadium and ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines.
  • Ensure all training folders and records are kept up to date.
  • Manage and train using internal LMS systems.
  • Craft project plans to effectively deploy training to Broncos Stadium.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for Associates and Non-Profit Volunteers.

2) Training Curriculum and Material Development

  • Source Aramark systems and tools to gather and implement company wide training initiatives.
  • Write and create training materials, including design documents, project plans, leader guides, participant guides, evaluations, class exercises, and handouts.
  • Evaluate alternative methods of training delivery to assess effectiveness.
  • Develop testing and/or evaluation procedures.

3) Measurement

  • Manage the evaluation process for specified programs; analyze evaluation data and make recommendations for program, content and process changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide recommendations for improvement.

4) Additional Duties

  • Determine budget for training programs and materials and manage budget for each component/program.
  • Provide excellent guest service; handle operational/client requests and questions in a timely manner and ensure thorough follow-up.
  • Ability to fill in for the Human Resources Manager if he/she is unavailable.
  • Lead check-in on event days for Associates and Non-Profits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Shift Requirements: The Aramark operation at Broncos Stadium at Mile High is event driven. The training manager must flex their schedule to train on various shifts, including weekends, and early mornings.

Physical Requirements: A management position for Aramark at Broncos Stadium at Mile High requires constant walking and monitoring of the facility. The manager must be out in the operation 50% of their working day training and coaching hourly associates and Non-profit volunteers.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a training/management capacity.
  • Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively.
  • Ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Knowledge of risk management / OSHA safety regulations.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a must.
  • Experience with facility management operations preferred.
  • Experience with human resources preferred.
