Description:

The Administrator, Customer Care, provides support to the VP’s of Sales, Account Management and Mexico, Caribbean and Latin America, and therefore also supports numerous associates within those departments. This position performs administrative duties that involve an elevated degree of initiative, responsibility, and strong computer skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, which may include business related research, record keeping, routing information for various approvals, meeting/travel planning, phoning customers and suppliers, expense reporting and copying and mailing
    • Prepare documents and correspondence utilizing various software applications
    • Understanding “How Avendra works” and utilizing relationship and business context skills to “move projects along”
  • Execute and maintain customer records
  • Run and format reports utilizing Excel, Cognos and other Avendra internal systems
  • Create, format and maintain data spreadsheets, as required
  • Create/prepare PowerPoint presentations, as required
  • Process documents via Docu-Sign


Qualifications:

Role Requirements

  • Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Access. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat desired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented to ensure documents are complete and visually appealing and processes are followed
  • Fluency in Spanish (verbal, reading and writing)

Overnight Travel Requirements. Some travel is required, for training on systems at headquarters in Rockville, MD, or as needed to support VP’s with large meetings, etc. Initial travel may be heavier for training purposes, but ongoing, the travel requirement would average less than one trip a month.

Years of Relevant Experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience

Education Requirements. High School or equivalency required, Associates Degree or some college preferred
